Anna

Anna parish was a historical parish in the western part of Järva County. Neighbouring parishes were Kose, Paide, Peetri, and Türi parishes. Anna parish was formed in the second half of the 17th century from parts of Peetri and Kose parishes.

The parish area remains today entirely within the Paide rural municipality of Järva county. This area includes the current villages of Anna, Nurme, Sõmeru, Puiatu, Purdi, Mustla, Mustla-Nõmme and Ojaküla.
