Shipping Times

All of our products are made to order to make sure you get exactly what you are after. This can sometimes delay your order fulfilment, however we work with suppliers closely to help the process along.

Ordering Phone Cases

Phone cases are coming from a little further and sometimes there is a delay from the manufacture. Please trust that as soon as you place your order, your individual phone case is ordered to avoid delays in shipment. There are influences outside of Australia which may impact this, please be patient with us and if you are worried please feel free to contact us.

 

🧶Booking types

We offer the following types of classes

  • Public group classes
  • Private classes 5-6 participants (contact us directly here)
  • On site classes

🧶Public Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are final and cannot be refunded. However, you can move your booking to another date under the following conditions:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: You may reschedule at no cost.
  • Within 7 days: A rescheduling fee of $30 per person applies.
  • Within 24 hours: Rescheduling is not available, and the full booking fee is forfeited.

If you’re eligible to reschedule, we’ll provide a selection of alternative dates and times. If none of these options work for you, we can issue a credit valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. Credits cannot be used after they expire.

Please be aware that if you reschedule and later need to change the date again, the same notice periods and fees will apply based on the new booking date.

🧶Private classes booking cancellation and rescheduling policy

All bookings are considered final and cannot be refunded. Rescheduling is available under the conditions below:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • More than 14 days’ notice: You may change your date at no extra cost.
  • Inside 14 days: A rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the total booking will apply.
  • Inside 5 days: The full booking amount is forfeited and the session cannot be moved.

If you meet the criteria for rescheduling, you can either select a new available date or request a credit valid for 6 months from your purchase date.

Please note: each booking can be moved or credited once only. After a new date or credit has been issued, no further changes can be made.

Changes to Group Numbers

If a member of your group can’t attend after the final balance has been paid, we’re unable to issue refunds. With at least 24 hours’ notice, we can provide a credit for that person, as long as the remaining number of guests still meets the minimum charge of 5 participants.

Credit Conditions

Credits issued under this policy:

  • Are valid for 6 months
  • Must be applied to another hens party, birthday, or baby shower booking
  • Are subject to the minimum charge requirement
  • Can only be used for the same class type originally booked
  • May be upgraded to a higher-priced class by paying the difference
  • Cannot be downgraded, as materials for your original event are prepared in advance
  • Can only be redeemed once, and cannot be reissued if the rescheduled date is changed or cancelled
  • Must be booked through our website
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Confirming Your Event Date

Once you’ve approved the date and completed payment, the booking is locked in. Please double-check all details before confirming. If an error is made on the client’s side, our standard rescheduling rules will apply.

🧶On-Site Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are considered final, and refunds are not available. Date changes can be made under the following conditions:

  • A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking for all participants.
  • Full payment will be requested 14 days prior to booking
  • Deposits cannot be refunded.
  • More than 20 days before your booking: You may move your session to another available date at no cost.
  • Within 20 days: A rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the total booking value will apply.
  • Within 7 days: The booking is forfeited in full and cannot be rescheduled.

If you meet the rescheduling conditions, you may either select a new date (subject to availability) or request a credit valid for 6 months.

Changes to Participant Numbers

If someone is unable to attend after the final payment has been made, we cannot provide refunds. When given at least 24 hours’ notice, we can issue a company credit for any participants above the minimum required charge.

Credit Terms

Credits issued under this policy:

  • Remain valid for 6 months
  • Are assigned to the organiser, not individual attendees
  • Must be applied to a future booking that meets the minimum charge
  • Will be deducted only for participants exceeding the minimum charge
  • Must be redeemed by contacting us via email info@estoniandesignsau.com
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

Confirming Event Dates

Once the client confirms the date and payment has been processed, the booking is locked in. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising. If the client selects an incorrect date or makes a scheduling error, the general rescheduling policy will apply.

We are unable to provide refunds for client mistakes or misbookings.

🧶Payment and Terms

Private Classes

  • A non-refundable deposit is payable when booking, with the amount based on the expected number of guests.
  • Final attendee numbers must be confirmed 15 days before the event.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
  • If the final payment is not made on time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

On-Site (External) Events

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 15 days ahead of the event.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, with the deposit deducted from the total.
  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • If the final payment does not clear before the event, the booking may also be cancelled.

🧶Rescheduling fees and deadlines

Rescheduling fees must be paid at the time you request a new date. Your updated booking will only be confirmed once the fee has been received. If the fee is not paid, the booking will stay on the original date. Missing a rescheduled session without prior notice will result in the total forfeiture of the booking.

Any booking that has been moved to a new date is still bound by the same rescheduling and cancellation rules. If another date change is needed, the required notice periods and fees will apply according to the newly selected date.

🧶Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Minimum participant numbers not met. If not met, we will contact attendees 24 – 48 hours prior to reschedule or issue a refund.
  • Instructor illness or unavailability
  • Venue-related issues (e.g. power outage)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

🧶Accessibility

Unfortunately our venue is not wheel chair accessible due to being on the first floor.

🧶Late arrivals and no shows

  • Up to 15 minutes late: instructor discretion
  • Over 15 minutes late: no entry, no refund or rescheduling options
  • No-shows: 100% loss of booking

🧶Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully. Anyone who is disruptive may be denied entry or asked to leave, with no refund or reschedule provided.

🧶Transferring bookings

You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member, please notify us of the change and their name here

🧶Gift cards

  • Cannot be refunded once purchased.
  • Valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • Can be redeemed online, by phone, or via email.
  • Expiry dates are final and cannot be extended.
  • If the order total is higher than the voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.

🧶Lost or damaged personal items & uncollected projects

  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items.
  • Items left behind must be collected within 30 days or they will be donated.
  • No refunds or re-doing of classes will be provided for donated projects.
  • Leaving items behind is at your own risk.

🧶Booking on behalf of someone else

It is your responsibility to ensure they read and agree to these terms

🧶Photographs and media

Photos and videos may be taken during our classes for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance or inform your teacher on the day.

🧶Events beyond our control

In cases of natural disaster, pandemics, or restrictions, classes may be rescheduled or cancelled. Refunds will not be provided. Participants will receive a credit valid for 6 months or be offered new dates.

🧶Liability and disclaimers

  • Participation is undertaken at the attendee’s own risk.
  • All safety procedures and instructor directions must be followed.
  • We accept no liability for injury, damage, or loss of property.
